Conference Room Info

The newly remodeled Willow Creek 1 clubhouse has been partitioned to allow the lower level conference room to be used even while the main level is rented.

The conference room offers 350 square feet of space for meeting and a large conference table that is 4′ x 8′.  There are a total of 10 chairs for seating.

  • 4 ft. x 8 ft. conference table that seat 6-8
  • 12 upholstered chairs
  • Whiteboard
  • Access to outdoor lower deck (except in winter)
  • Men’s and women’s bathrooms
  • Dedicated entrance with lockbox code

The conference room is available for use by HOA committees and approved community groups free of charge. 

Verified Willow Creek 1 homeowners can reserve the conference room using the online reservation system.
